When a mobile app user responds to a question, the answer is sent to the LifeData server immediately if there is an internet connection. If there is not an internet connection, the data will be stored in the mobile app until the device becomes connected again at which point the data will automatically be transmitted to the LifeData sever. It is also stored in the local database within the RealLife Exp app. This data is encrypted inside the app and also encrypted as it travels from the mobile device to the server. Data is also encrypted in the LifeData server. The Creator of the LifePak you are responding to can access the data from their password protected login. The data stored by LifeData relative to responses is not personally identifiable by the LifePak Creator unless the Creator asks a self-identifying question that is responded to by the mobile user.
